As we expand our operations across the Southeast, we're seeking skilled individuals in HVAC to join our team, grow with us, and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

As an HVAC Technician at Crown Mechanical, you'll be an essential part of our team, offering support to fellow technicians or collaborating closely with a Lead HVAC Technician, depending on your expertise level. Your role will involve responding promptly to service calls, completing tasks efficiently, and maintaining high standards to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components.
  • Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Install and calibrate HVAC control systems.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, systems, and components.
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
