Job description

Adecco is hiring for Forklift Operators in Garland, TX for a warehouse/manufacturing and distributing center for eyewear products. We are looking for someone who understands warehouse and shipping/receiving. This candidate will also need to be focused, determined and reliable. This is a small warehouse team where everyone's contributions matter!

Benefits

  • Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Onsite work location supports hands-on warehouse and shipping responsibilities.

What You Will Do?

  • Pick and pull orders accurately according to warehouse and shipping requirements.

  • Operate stand-up reach forklift to pick and pull orders

  • Pack completed orders carefully for shipment and distribution.

  • Process freight and support daily receiving and shipping workflows.

  • Perform UPS shipping tasks as part of outbound order processing.

  • Follow warehouse best practices to help maintain organized operations.

  • Support priorities and workflow management in a fast-paced environment.

Your Skills

  • You have knowledge of warehouse and shipping best practices in a distribution setting.

  • 1-2 years of Stand-Up reach forklift experience on Crown forklifts. REQUIRED

  • You have experience with picking and pulling orders and packing completed orders.

  • You can handle UPS shipping tasks and freight processing accurately.

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills for daily coordination.

  • You have math aptitude for calculating, counting, and verifying order details.

  • You bring strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • You can manage priorities and workflow while staying focused on accuracy.

  • You have 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or related experience.

  • You have a high school diploma or GED.

  • You are able to speak, read, and write effectively.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
