Job description

What You Will Do:
As our Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for the design, operation, automation, security, and continuous improvement of Korry's enterprise systems infrastructure.
You will ensure that systems across corporate and manufacturing environments operate securely, reliably, and efficiently, while supporting modern cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365), AI-enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot), and advanced security monitoring (XDR, SIEM).
This role combines hands-on operational ownership with advanced engineering responsibilities, acting as both the owner of day-to-day system performance and the final escalation point for complex technical and security challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and lifecycle management of enterprise systems infrastructure
  • Own day-to-day system operations, stability, and performance
  • Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Support Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools securely
  • Design and support Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Develop automation using PowerShell
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex system issues
  • Perform root cause analysis for outages and incidents
  • Manage endpoint platforms (SCCM, Intune)
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171
  • Maintain system documentation and standards

Security Monitoring & Threat Detection:
  • Implement and support XDR platforms (Defender XDR, CrowdStrike)
  • Integrate systems with SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk)
  • Investigate alerts and support incident response
  • Ensure log collection, retention, and correlation
  • Improve detection rules and monitoring coverage

Salary Range
