Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

As the Global Events Manager, Registration & Event Tech, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of registration operations and the event technology ecosystem that powers CrowdStrike's global event portfolio. You'll serve as the subject matter expert for attendee management, registration platforms, and event technology, driving scalable processes, system integrations, automation, and data integrity across flagship conferences, executive events, and regional programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and execution. You'll set the vision and operational standards for registration and event technology while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day platform management, system configuration, process optimization, and onsite delivery. The ideal candidate is just as comfortable presenting strategy to executive stakeholders as they are rolling up their sleeves to solve technical challenges, build workflows, and ensure flawless execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the registration strategy, attendee management, and event technology ecosystem for CrowdStrike's global events portfolio, ensuring scalable, reliable, and exceptional attendee experiences.

  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, serving as both the operational owner and day-to-day expert for CrowdStrike's registration platforms and event technology ecosystem.

  • Lead the administration, optimization, and governance of registration platforms, event technology, integrations, workflows, and automations, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Serve as the primary business owner for registration technology (including RainFocus), partnering with Marketing Operations, IT, CRM, Sales Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow across platforms.

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize emerging event technologies and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, enhance attendee experiences, and provide actionable business insights.

  • Establish registration processes, standards, documentation, and best practices that scale across multiple event types and global regions.

  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into registration performance, attendee engagement, conversion trends, and event ROI while delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights.

  • Oversee registration operations for flagship events, including onsite check-in, troubleshooting, executive escalations, and contingency planning to ensure flawless execution.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance-to align registration strategy with business objectives and customer experience goals.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve CrowdStrike's event technology strategy.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic, data-driven event technology leader who thrives on building scalable systems that create exceptional attendee experiences.

  • An expert in registration platforms and event technology who understands how systems, integrations, and data come together to power world-class events.

  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges, drives process improvements, and develops solutions that scale globally.

  • A hands-on leader who enjoys both building strategy and executing the details-you aren't afraid to jump into the platform, troubleshoot an issue, or configure a workflow when needed.

  • Someone who naturally shifts between manager and maker, balancing long-term planning, stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and operational execution with equal enthusiasm.

  • Passionate about leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to modernize event operations and increase efficiency.

  • Calm under pressure and energized by fast-paced environments where operational excellence and customer experience are evenly important.

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience managing registration operations, attendee management, and event technology for large-scale conferences, user conferences, or enterprise corporate events.

  • Deep expertise with enterprise registration platforms, preferably RainFocus, along with broader event technology solutions and integrations.

  • Experience owning both the strategic direction and hands-on administration of enterprise event registration platforms and event technology.

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, APIs, data governance, and event technology ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, 6-8 trips per year.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
