Job description

Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) / Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT/RPFT)

Help shape the future of pulmonary care.

Looking for a respiratory care role that offers flexibility, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to be part of something that's growing?

Crosswalk Health is hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT/RPFT) to bring high-quality pulmonary diagnostics directly into primary care clinics. Every test you perform helps patients receive earlier diagnoses, gives providers the information they need to intervene sooner, and expands access to specialty respiratory care in communities that need it most.

If you're passionate about patient care and excited by the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving healthcare startup, we'd love to meet you.

We're hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing (pre/post albuterol) at primary care clinics in the Savannah, Georgia area.

Why Join Crosswalk Health?

  • Monday–Friday daytime schedule
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Flexible scheduling (1–5 days per week)
  • Consistent weekday opportunities in a 1099 contractor role
  • Competitive daily pay
  • Clinical independence with a supportive, collaborative team
  • The opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding healthcare company

What You'll Do

  • Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing
  • Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results
  • Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing
  • Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review
  • Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards
  • Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health with professionalism and compassion

You'll Thrive at Crosswalk If You...

  • Enjoy working independently and take ownership of your day
  • Are dependable and reliable—patients, clinic partners, and teammates know they can count on you
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and coworkers
  • Are adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating change
  • Enjoy learning new technology and continuously improving your skills
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential
  • Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing
  • Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration
  • Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation

$245–300 per day paid biweekly; additional supplemental compensation may be available based on experience, tenure with Crosswalk Health, and region served.
