Grow and Develop: At Crossroads Kids Connection, we prioritize the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual development of children. Our daily curriculum includes Evangelical Christian teaching, which is implemented through comprehensive programming and a foundation of love and acceptance.


What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional care for children while demonstrating Christian values and behavior.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents to ensure their needs are met.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate records, forms, and files.
  • Preserve a safe, healthy, clean, and organized environment in the classroom and center.

Requirements
  • Develop and implement an engaging curriculum to foster a love of learning.
  • Meet or exceed the qualifications for a Lead Teacher or be willing to obtain Infant and Toddler Training.
  • Have the physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
  • Previous experience in the early childcare field is a plus.
  • Act as a positive role model and set a good example for the children.
