This comprehensive approach to treatment, the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, has been shown to prevent more deaths from overdose and lead to long-term recovery. We are committed to bringing critical services to communities across the U.S. to improve access to treatment for over 26,500 patients. Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner
  • Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
  • Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
  • Will perform injections.
Schedule & Locations
  • Primary centers: Knoxville/Oak Ridge

  • Target weekly hours: 32

Education and Licensure Requirements
  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in

  • DEA licensure in the state of the center

  • Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
