Job description

Do you have an interest or passion in agriculture?  Are you looking for a company to invest in you and help you leverage your communication and business skills.  We are looking for a self starter with the ability to learn on the job and become an agronomy consultant.  As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming.

  • Minimum of a two or four year degree related to agriculture or equivalent experience
  • Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
  • Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
  • Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
