With multiple dealership locations and a robust, high-volume parts network, we pride ourselves on offering an extensive inventory of truck and trailer parts to support our customers’ uptime and success. Our commitment to operational excellence and customer service is what drives our continued growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager / Developer to support and grow our ecommerce ecosystem. This role blends technical Magento development with revenue-driving strategy, focusing on website optimization, marketplace growth, and conversion improvements.

You will manage the Magento site while supporting key channels like Amazon Seller Central and Google Merchant Center. You’ll partner with an external agency and internal team—but will lead execution and track performance.

Ecommerce Site Management (Magento)

  • Manage and maintain the Magento platform end-to-end

  • Support product catalog, site performance, and functionality

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate updates, integrations, and extensions

  • Monitor site speed, uptime, and checkout functionality

  • Support improvements in conversion rate and average order value

Conversion Optimization & UX

  • Review user behavior and ecommerce performance

  • Optimize navigation, product pages, search, and checkout flows

  • Run A/B tests and implement CRO improvements

  • Track KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, revenue/session

Amazon Seller Central

  • Manage and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords)

  • Monitor listing health, compliance, and catalog structure

  • Sync inventory and manage product variations

  • Partner with agency on marketplace growth and advertising

Product Feeds & Google Merchant Center

  • Manage product feeds and resolve errors/disapprovals

  • Ensure accurate product data (pricing, GTIN, descriptions, availability)

  • Optimize feeds for Google Shopping performance

Agency & Performance Collaboration

  • Act as a point of contact for ecommerce agency partners

  • Support execution across paid media, SEO, and marketplaces

  • Monitor performance using analytics platforms

  • Provide reporting on revenue, traffic, conversion, and channel performance

What You Bring

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience

  • Strong Magento expertise, including development (PHP, architecture)

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace management

  • Google Merchant Center and product feed management experience (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or similar tools a plus)

  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and ecommerce analytics

  • Knowledge of ecommerce SEO best practices

  • Experience with ERP or inventory system integrations is a plus

  • Background in automotive or truck parts ecommerce is a plus

  • Experience working with external agencies or partners

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and execution mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and deadlines

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including an ESOP program.

  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.

  • A supportive and dynamic work environment.
