Job description

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, CRM customization, development, integrations, reporting, and functional solutions.

Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, including Entities, Workflows, Configuration, Customization, and Integrations.
  • Expertise in Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web Resources, JavaScript, Business Process Flows, and custom scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM Web API, OData, REST, and SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Service Management modules.
  • Experience with OOB CRM/SSRS reporting, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, and WCF.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong understanding of CRM security model and deployment methods.
  • Experience with NServiceBus and enterprise CRM integrations.
  • Minimum 2 Dynamics CRM implementation projects/cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM design, development, integration, and implementation best practices.
