Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, Independent Film Company, Sundance TV and We TV; and film distribution labels Independent Film Company and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.
We are currently seeking a Manager - CRM Marketing to join our Audience & Media Strategy team based in our New York, NY location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM Strategy & Campaign Ownership
  • Lead CRM strategy and execution for key programming tentpoles (premieres, finales, seasonal moments, franchise events)
  • Partner cross-functionally to align messaging with brand voice, content priorities, and business goals
  • Develop audience-first campaign plans that drive engagement, viewing, and retention

Weekly Engagement & Always-On Programming
  • Own the strategy and execution of weekly streaming guides and content highlights across all brands
  • Build upon repeatable frameworks that balance efficiency with fresh, compelling storytelling
  • Continuously optimize send timing, targeting, and content mix to improve performance

Execution Excellence
  • Collaborate with the Retention/CRM team to build and deploy campaigns across CRM channels (email, push, in-app), ensuring high-quality execution
  • Manage timelines, creative briefs, approvals, and QA processes
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life

Personalization & Audience Strategy
  • Leverage behavioral, lifecycle, and content affinity data to create targeted, personalized experiences
  • Identify opportunities to scale personalization across campaigns and journeys
  • Support segmentation strategies that drive deeper engagement and reduce churn

Testing & Optimization
  • Contribute to A/B testing roadmap across campaigns and journeys
  • Analyze performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with content, brand marketing, product, and analytics teams
  • Act as a key CRM voice in campaign planning and programming discussions
  • Ensure alignment between CRM initiatives and broader marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
  • 4-7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (streaming/media experience a plus)
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Experience managing campaigns across email, push, and/or in-app messaging
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in testing, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced campaign calendars
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

The base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
