Job Title : Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
Location: Austin, TX  (all 5 days onsite)
 
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to help design, build, and support strategic CRM initiatives focused on the Dynamics 365 Sales platform.
 
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse solutions.
Build plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
Leverage AI-powered development tools, including Copilot Studio, and other AI coding assistants, to accelerate delivery and improve development efficiency.
Contribute to CRM architecture, best practices, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
Support multiple CRM initiatives across sales, servicing, and business operations.
 
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
 
Experience with:
C#, .NET
JavaScript / TypeScript
Power Apps & Power Automate
REST APIs and integrations
CRM Security Model
Azure services and Azure DevOps
Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
