Job description

Overview
Works directly with customers to define functional requirements and design, configure, commission, and qualify software solutions.
Responsibilities
  • The primary focus will be the automation of Test Systems and R&D systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather system requirements and design system functionality.
  • Design applications using LVOOP, Actor Framework (or equivalent).
  • Develop and modify complex LabVIEW applications, that use LVOOP and design patterns like Actor Framework, DQMH, or similar.
  • Design/develop SQL scripts for SQLite, Microsoft SQL, or MySQL databases.
  • Design electrical control panels and instrument wiring diagrams.
  • Commission system at customers' sites.
  • Train and mentor new engineers.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of designing and architecting LabVIEW applications using Actor Framework or equivalent design pattern.
  • Certified LabVIEW Architect or equivalent professional experience.
