Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 7:00AM - 5:00PM (with flexibility to support the business as needed)
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus Potential!
  • Work Location: 1200 Cassville White Rd., White, GA 30184
  • Note: the maintenance supervisor may have to stay past 5:00PM for a maintenance related issue.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor supervises the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus, basic maintenance, repairs and installations tools and equipment, as well as maintain, replace, build, adjust and modify the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
  • Oversees and provides guidance to the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met.
  • Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks.
  • Performs the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus,
  • Performs maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment.
  • Maintains, replace, build, adjusts and modifies the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area clean. Secure all equipment, as needed. Complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 2-4 year's experience in industrial mechanics, maintenance warehouse and / or production environment
• 6+ months of experience leading and supervising a team
• One or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry electrical and plumbing),
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate/2 year technical - Business management or related technical/vocational
• 4-6 years trades, commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration system experience within foodservice industry.
• Conveyor Systems experience.
• Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technical Certification.
• Experience in maintenance warehouse and / or production environment within foodservice industry preferred.
• One or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
