Servpro of Pueblo is hiring for a Crew Chief. This will be a Remote position.
As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Crew Chief demonstrates the companys Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
This role will be a Remote/Hybrid role based out of Pueblo, with the Crew Chief coming up to the Colorado Springs office 2-3 times a week as needed
Pay Rate: $25-28/Hr. DOE (Full-Time position with opportunity for OT and Bonuses)

We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry
  • Have a valid IICRC WRT certification required
  • Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
  • Some night and weekend work is required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • A valid driver's license
  • Subject to criminal background check
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
  • Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
  • Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
  • Manage and control costs of production projects
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
