All positions earn cash tips, including delivery drivers.
Front Crew

Responsible for taking orders and entering them into our system either through the phone, walk-ins, drive-thru. Front Crew members also do some basic food prep like make salads or box up orders. Learning to do all of this effectively should take about a week.
Front Leader

Responsible for training the new Front Crew members in making salads and order taking. Must be knowledgeable about handling common customer disputes. Customer service skills and friendly communication are a must. Will be able to close the store down by making sure everyone gets closing list done and shutting down POS when manager is not present.
Kitchen Crew

Assist in executing a successful shift. You will likely start out as a dough slapper or oven catcher. In this role you strive to expertly perform your assigned job role and learn the menu as quickly as possible. (Dough Slapper, Oven Catcher, or Pizza Maker)
Kitchen Leader

Responsible for taking over all duties of Kitchen Manager if he/she is not present. Must execute shift successfully -- that means, all orders are going out beautifully and in a timely manner and ensuring all Kitchen Crew members are maintaining their stations. The Kitchen Leader is a Kitchen Manager in training. They are the leaders for fellow crew members and should be able to patiently and persistently bring fellow crew members up to speed.
Delivery Driver

Our drivers are the best in the industry - courteous, friendly members of the community that get to know our customers. You will find ways to successfully delivery orders to the customer's door. In return, customers will recognize your good help and tip you for it! When in the store you will need to help wherever you can, changing trash bags, sweeping the parking lot, washing dishes, and catching the oven.
