- Lighting Control Systems: Lutron Quantum, Athena, myRoom, Pharos, and more

The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Design amp; engineer AV or lighting control systems that deliver exceptional performance, efficiency, and longevity.
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and clients to develop fully customized solutions that fit high-end commercial needs.
- Provide technical guidance to installation teams, ensuring your designs translate into a fully realized system.
- Stay ahead of industry advancements, working with cutting-edge AV and lighting technologies to continuously elevate our solutions.

What you Need to Succeed

We're looking to grow the ZIO team of engineers with previous experience, and associate/entry-level engineering roles!

Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail
- Strong communication skills. You hold great value in the importance and practice of great communication between team members, cross-departmentally, and externally.


For non-entry level engineering roles:
- At least 3-5 years' experience, and a deep understanding in either AV or lighting control system design. You know how to design systems that are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
- Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Lutron, or any similar platforms for AV or lighting controls


For entry-level/associate engineering roles:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Audio Engineering, or similar field of study, or, 1-2 years of experience in developing solutions for AV, lighting, or related industries

Nice-to-Have (but not required):
- Industry certifications like CTS/I/D, Crestron, Q-Sys Level 1 or 2, Biamp, Lutron, etc.
