Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various psychotherapeutic techniques to effectively deliver mental health services to individuals and families, addressing a range of emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, formulating initial discharge plans that align with each patient's treatment goals.
  • Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs defined in each treatment plan.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating additional services as required and revising plans as indicated.
  • Document all therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with both organizational and professional standards.
  • Maintain an assigned caseload, balancing new and ongoing clients while prioritizing their therapeutic needs.
  • Participate actively in treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow staff members to enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Exhibit a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions, resolving any client complaints as needed.
  • Always prioritize patient safety and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned that contribute to the objectives of the practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

  • Applicants must hold current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing mental health support and counseling across the lifespan, particularly with both adult and child/adolescent populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply various therapeutic modalities effectively based on clients' individual needs.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
