Job description

Since 1912, the Bredemann family has focused on finding the strongest local talent in the automotive industry. We are still family owned & operated and many of our employees have been with our company for 20+ years.
 
We are a busy shop, consistently ranked in top 5 volume Toyota service departments in the state.  We are the parts distribution center for the district and have expanded into an additional buildingOur Toyota service advisors average 14 years working here - come find out why!
 
 
We are looking for a Service Advisor for our late morning shift (Tuesdays - Fridays 9am-7pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm) in order to accommodate our expanding business and facility expansion (22 additional service bays!)  
 
 
$70,000 - $120,000+/year 
 
  • Toyota/Lexus experience preferred
  • Previous Advisor and dealership experience required
  • Experience working in teams preferred
  • MUST be proficient using a computer
  • MUST have strong organizational and time management skills
  • MUST have strong customer service and communication skills
  • MUST have valid IL drivers license and pass a background check before starting in this role
  • Generate service repair order estimates/quotes for customers
  • Make suggestions to customers for recommended services based on customer's vehicle condition and mileage
  • Conduct timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow up - phone calls and emails/texts to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints
Systems Experience Preferred: Reynolds Ignite/Advanced Service, Tech Dispatching, TSD Loaner Software
