You will serve as the senior leader for the market, responsible for business development, client relationships, market profitability, and operational excellence, while building the momentum needed to open a full-service branch within the next 2-3 years. Backed by deep roots in the region - including a shareholder of the holding company, who was born and raised in the area, and went on to build DLP Capital, a high-growth company founded in Bethlehem, PA - this role offers the chance to combine market leadership, entrepreneurial building, and a mission of transforming lives by the building of thriving communities.
What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
  • 8-10 years of commercial banking and/or bank leadership experience, including foundational or preparatory roles.
  • Consistently generated significant new loan and deposit business each year, maintain a sizeable portfolio of relationships you manage directly, with producing manager experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate producers, relationship managers, and senior-level internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high degree of credibility, trust, and professional judgment.
  • Proven success in securing alignment on key initiatives through complex, senior-level discussions, supported by strong written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements, along with advanced analytical, underwriting, and credit risk assessment expertise.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, copiers, and calculators.
