Position Summary
We are seeking a Vice President, Auto Lending Strategy to lead key originations activities, including funding and underwriting auto loans. This executive leader will play a critical role in shaping ACA’s future by developing lending strategies that drive long-term growth, optimize loan performance, and strengthen customer relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
The VP, Auto Lending Strategy will:
  • Lead and scale ACA’s originations function with a focus on underwriting and funding performance
  • Create and maintain a culture aligned with ACA’s Guiding Principles, fostering accountability, ownership, and teamwork
  • Define and execute strategic plans to improve credit quality, funding efficiency, and risk mitigation
  • Set performance goals and manage team results, identifying opportunities to increase effectiveness and productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to align on process improvements and ensure regulatory adherence
  • Monitor performance analytics and generate insights that inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop team leaders, promoting internal mobility and career growth across the organization
  • Represent the lending team in executive-level discussions, offering data-driven recommendations and strategic input to support overall company goals.
Qualifications:
 
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
10+ years of experience in a Service Operations Environment
5+ years of experience with people management and leadership

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will supervise a team of Specialists, Supervisors, and Managers.
 
Work Schedule and Travel
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday – Friday with some schedule variations as needed. This position will require up to 10% travel.
