The Chase Home is looking for Overnight Residential Case Manager's to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Join a dynamic and caring team of professionals implementing a trauma- informed care model.

How You Will Make A Difference:
Support youth in developing the skills they need to successfully transition home to families.
Teach age appropriate life skills, coping skills, and social skills through modeling, building therapeutic relationships, and behavioral management.
Participate in groups and activities designed to enhance youth growth and development and stabilize behaviors.
Participate in both on-site and off-site recreational/educational/trust-building activities.
Maintain a living environment for youth that is safe, clean, stable, and supportive both physically and emotionally.
