Global Network Banking (GNB) sits within Corporate and Institutional Banking, providing banking coverage to the subsidiaries of Global Corporates and International Middle Market clients. This Associate role supports Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and deliver needs-based solutions and fair outcomes. You'll combine client engagement with financial and credit analysis to shape proposals and progress opportunities from identification through to implementation.

The role operates in a cross-border environment where coordination across product partners and markets matters. You'll also help monitor risk including Global Standards and Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions alerts. Success means stronger client engagement, well-managed credit and risk outcomes and a portfolio delivering returns commensurate with risk.

As our Associate, Global Network Banking you will: Support Relationship Managers to optimize the value of client relationships and improve client engagement through needs-based solutions Attend client meetings, build day-to-day relationships and act as the first point of contact for credit-related enquiries Prepare analysis, proposals and presentations for prospective customers Coordinate client planning, pipeline management and timely updates to data and call reports Undertake financial, credit and profitability analysis and prepare accounts remarks Collaborate with product teams to progress opportunities from identification to implementation and manage risk escalation as needed Monitor risk matters including Global Standards and Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions alerts and escalate issues appropriately Maintain internal control standards through fraud protection, credit monitoring and approval of team Know Your Customer (KYC) requests Youll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role: Bring substantial experience in corporate banking, ideally in environments with international banking needs Demonstrate experience enabling strong client outcomes by matching customer needs to a broad range of products and services Show strong knowledge of corporate banking products and solutions including navigating cross-border banking requirements Apply sound financial, credit and profitability analysis skills including preparing clear account commentary Use established credit assessment capability and portfolio-based credit monitoring experience Apply strong customer due diligence and KYC knowledge including high-risk KYC cases Partner effectively across teams and cultures to coordinate with Relationship Managers and product partners Work with high attention to detail while prioritizing accurately in a fast-paced environment FINRA SIE, S79, S63 licenses are required.
