At Regions, the Regions Business Capital Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing portfolios and execution of portfolio strategies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Works with clients and multiple partners to develop and execute goals through discussion and identification of client priorities
  • Manages the assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, performing required periodic credit servicing, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues and developing remediation, underwriting and approving credit as designated
  • Monitors risk by utilizing advanced knowledge of bank policies and procedures
  • Prepares reports used by senior management for purpose of lending decisions and credit risk review
  • Keeps abreast of trends and developments in the economy and markets and has vast historical knowledge based on experience in multiple market cycles to ensure effective communication to clients and partners
  • Works with assigned clients to enhance revenue generation, recommend optimal financing and identify cross-sell opportunities

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
  • Nine (9) years of asset-based lending or related financial services industry experience in a corporate lending environment with solid achievements in developing business
Preferences
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target

Minimum: $185,432.94 USD

50th Percentile: $213,444.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
