Elevate Credit Advisors is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing credit repair team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients to present our credit repair services through outbound outreach and warm calling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in B2C or B2B sales, financial services, or over-the-phone sales. You will play a key role in helping clients improve their financial future while driving business development using CRM systems and sales tools.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and convert inquiries into clients
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up with marketing leads and educate prospects on credit repair solutions
  • Clearly explain service options, pricing, and enrollment details; negotiate terms when necessary
  • Close sales effectively while ensuring clients feel confident and supported
  • Use CRM software to log interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client records
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to support growth initiatives and optimize lead quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client questions and concerns
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, follow-up tasks, and client communications

Skills & Qualifications
