The Treasury Relationship Manager provides Treasury Management sales support to Commercial, Retail and all other areas of the Bank. In addition, the incumbent will manage commercial, municipal, and Not-For-Profit banking relationships with non-credit needs. The work experience would dictate the complexity of the customer relationships managed by the Treasury Management Relationship Manager ("TMRM").
Job Responsibilities:
  • Sells to the Treasury Management needs of customers/prospects in all divisions of the Bank but primarily Commercial and Retail Divisions. Serves as a referral source for other Bank products and services.
  • Meets with customers/prospects to develop information as to their deposit, financial, operational and business needs to determine how the Bank can provide the most optimal Treasury Management structure
  • Performs appropriate analysis of the customer/prospect needs and prepares in-depth, competitive proposals/pro formas that demonstrate the Bank's capability to meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver treasury products/services and make referrals to other Bank partners.
  • Collaborate with dedicated Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard new clients and retain existing clients through periodic and consultative Treasury Reviews.
  • Monitor existing customer portfolios by completing periodic Treasury Reviews to ensure customers are fully utilizing the most appropriate treasury products and services to meet their banking needs.
  • Adhere to all Compliance Requirements, complete all compliance training prior to deadline and report any concerns to management.
  • Will be required to travel, as needed to meet with customers/prospects.
  • Annual evaluation is based on the overall financial goals and profitability of assigned RM portfolios.
  • Report any exceptions to policy and pricing to management for approval.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a financial services or banking environment is required.
  • Must have prior sales experience with commercial and/or retail banking products.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products and solutions are required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation is preferred; or willingness to take the necessary courses to obtain and maintain it.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent listening ability and effective sales presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to interact and establish good rapport with both internal and external customers.
  • Must have superior customer service and sales skills.
  • Must have the ability to travel within the bank's footprint.

Salary Range:
$64,491.00 - $105,949.50
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
