About the Role:
Tanishq Jewelry in Westborough, MA is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Full Time Cashier to join our team! Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor in a luxury retail environment
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital payment methods with precision and accountability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area
  • Support sales associates on the floor during opening and closing hours to set the store and to wrap-up
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise tagging
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
Requirements:
  • Prior cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate cash handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a full-time -  10 hr shifts 4 days a week including weekends
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
