Interim HealthCare is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Representative to join our Augusta office. This position plays a vital role in supporting our caregivers, office staff, and leadership team by assisting with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations. If you enjoy helping healthcare professionals succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and compliance tracking
• Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of HR records
• Provide support to employees by answering HR-related questions and assisting with workplace concerns
• Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and pre-employment requirements
• Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Support staff training initiatives and development programs
• Collaborate with leadership to help meet staffing and workforce needs
• Perform general HR administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred
