Description
North Six is looking for a part-time Experiential Production Intern in their New York office for Fall, offering school credit or an hourly pay. In this role they will work with experiential producers and production managers in organizing all aspects of experiential marketing productions - inclusive of launch events, influencer trips, mobile tours, dinners, galas, stunts, etc. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting team player who is eager to learn, can follow direction and take initiative to complete assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing production kits and supplies for events
  • Invoice management and organization
  • Work on event credentials post event as well as organize assets for website and social
  • Create call notes for all client and vendor calls
  • Assisting producers and production managers with wrap reports
  • Work through pre-production and on-site documents with various producers and production managers
  • Potentially booking travel for production team
  • Completing runs around Manhattan / Brooklyn / Queens
  • Assisting with administrative duties (answering phones occasionally, front desk coverage, filing wrap books for accounting, etc.)

Qualifications
  • Experience working professionally in an office environment
  • Take initiative and be dependable (run light errands, prepare coffee, help with clients, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm to assist with onsite events - could include early mornings and late evenings
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and report to multiple producers in a timely manner
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to deal with changing priorities
