Position Details Position Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Bellevue, NE (On-site)
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Standard Business Hours)
Estimated Start Date: Late September 2026 Job Description & Key Responsibilities As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership. Key responsibilities include: Executive Support: Manage leadership calendars, schedule meetings/conferences, handle travel arrangements, and serve as a primary liaison between leadership and key stakeholders.
Document & Correspondence Management: Prepare, format, and edit official letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personnel documents and operational information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Data Entry & Records Maintenance: Perform accurate data entry, organize electronic files, upload records, and ensure proper document control.
Office Administration: Answer telephone and email inquiries, greet visitors, manage office supplies, and track pending deadlines and deliverables. Basic Qualifications Education: Associate’s Degree or higher in any field.
Military / Defense Environment Experience: Prior experience working in a military, defense, or federal environment.
Administrative Experience: Minimum 1+ years of clerical, office administration, or data entry experience in a professional office setting.
