Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive mental health counseling to clients via secure video chat. You will:

• Conduct structured individual assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.
• Leverage a solution-focused approach to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Guide clients through their therapeutic processes, helping to illuminate insights related to their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Monitor client progress continuously throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies as necessary, and equipping them with effective coping mechanisms.
• Champion ethical best practices in every session, fostering trust and respect in the therapeutic relationship.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of stable, low acuity adults who are facing various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in assisting these individuals in acquiring the skills they need to improve their overall quality of life, facilitating growth and self-awareness in a supportive environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license with the ability to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW). Note that we cannot accommodate limited or provisional licenses. Please include your credentials and licensed state in your application.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer literacy skills, along with a reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for effective teletherapy.
• A dependable internet connection to facilitate online sessions.

Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating success in providing effective therapeutic interventions. Previous experience working with diverse adult populations is highly valued.

Compassionate Care Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the hours you work. Additional benefits include:
