Job description

WME is one of the world's largest talent representation agencies, representing leading talent and creators who engage audiences across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Collectively, our clients generate audiences at a scale comparable to major media networks, reaching fans and consumers directly through their content. As their influence continues to grow, we are building new ways to position them as the powerful media entities they have become.
About the Team
The Creator Partnerships team is focused on driving sponsorship and advertising revenue for the agency's YouTube creator roster. Our work centers on developing innovative partnerships, scalable processes, and long-term relationships that unlock the full value of our clients' audiences - positioning creators as powerful media businesses in today's evolving digital landscape.
About the Role
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in supporting creator-led advertising solutions for brands and agencies. The primary focus of this role is supporting the pre-sale process - helping translate marketing objectives into creator recommendations and partnership opportunities across WME's creator roster - while also supporting execution on the deals you help bring to life. You'll partner closely with sales leads, agents, and operations teams throughout the partnership lifecycle.
This is an exciting chance to play a key role in a high-growth practice, with direct exposure to top creators and leading media partners, while contributing to the expansion of a unique and evolving business within WME.
Pre-Sale Support & Revenue Development
  • Support the sales team on select inbound agency and brand opportunities, helping translate marketing objectives into creator-led partnership recommendations.
  • Help develop customized creator programs and sponsorship packages across WME's digital roster, with a YouTube-first approach.
  • Partner with the Strategy & Operations team to evaluate opportunities and help prepare client-facing proposals and pricing recommendations.
  • Support sales leads in presenting creator recommendations and strategies to internal stakeholders, brands, and agency partners.
  • Support negotiation and deal development through contract execution.
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and support revenue forecasting for assigned opportunities.

Creator & Client Strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of WME's creator content, audience demographics, performance trends, and sponsorship suitability.
  • Support creators and agents with insight on advertiser demand, category trends, and partnership opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on packaging opportunities across YouTube and other digital platforms, balancing brand objectives with creator authenticity and audience alignment.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand clients, working alongside sales leads to translate marketing objectives into actionable creator strategies.

Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Partner with operations and execution teams to oversee campaign implementation and ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with creators, agents, managers, and brand partners to facilitate approvals, content production, and launch timelines.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and tracking, and communicate performance insights through regular status reports and client check-ins.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions.

Process & Scalability
  • Help identify and implement standardized planning, workflow, and project management processes to improve sales efficiency, campaign delivery, and organizational scalability - including pre-sale workflows, proposal development, and creator packaging.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, agents, and cross-functional teams across WME to support best-in-class creator partnership solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable tools, resources, and operational frameworks that support revenue growth and help define the Creator Partnerships playbook.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of account or campaign management experience within creator marketing and/or digital media, with proven success supporting both brand and creator campaigns.
  • Experience helping develop media plans, creator recommendations, and strategic partnership proposals for brands and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, social media platforms, and digital marketing - including creator monetization, sponsorship pricing, digital advertising economics, and integrated partnership structures.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from RFP to execution.
  • Ability to effectively communicate creator value propositions, pricing, and partnership recommendations to brands, agencies, creators, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience supporting the execution and optimization of creator campaigns across YouTube and other digital platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign workflows and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable drafting creative briefs, client presentations, and status reports.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging creator analytics, audience data, and performance insights to inform recommendations and measure success.

Attributes
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and collaborative, with a track record of exceeding expectations and driving results.
  • Professional presence with the ability to confidently interact with brands, agencies, creators, agents, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Nimble and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Positive, curious, and solutions-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Strong team-first mindset, balancing individual accountability with a collaborative approach to achieving shared business objectives.

Why This Role is Unique
  • Play a key role in supporting creator-led advertising solutions for some of the world's most influential talent, brands, and agencies.
  • Help shape how creator content is packaged, positioned, and monetized, supporting brands as they connect with audiences through authentic creator partnerships.
  • Gain direct exposure to senior leadership while collaborating closely with sales, agents, and cross-functional teams.
  • Blend the fast-paced, hands-on environment of campaign management with the resources and reputation of a globally recognized talent representation company.
