Job description

The Director of Creator Partnerships will build and lead Stand Together's creator ecosystem within the Media Partnerships portfolio, developing a network of creators, influencers, storytellers, and cultural voices who can authentically advance our mission through film and media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and execution, overseeing creator partnerships from identification and onboarding through campaign execution, performance measurement, and long-term engagement. 

This person will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including production companies and agencies, to identify the right creators for each campaign, shape how those partnerships come to life, and build a repeatable approach to creator engagement over time. This is an ideal for someone who understands the creator ecosystem and is excited to execute creator-led campaigns in alignment with Stand Together's strategic objectives and build in a new and evolving space.

How You Will Contribute
  • Define and lead Stand Together's creator partnership strategy, including how creators are identified, engaged, and developed into long-term collaborators
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-impact creator relationships, prioritizing authentic alignment and sustained partnership over transactional engagement
  • Lead creator-led campaigns and activations from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, messaging, timelines, and budgets
  • Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to identify and integrate the right creators into campaigns, events, and film activations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the creator landscape, bringing a strong perspective on effective and authentic partnership models
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign operations, including deliverables, approvals, timelines, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
  • Develop scalable systems and best practices for managing creator relationships, campaign workflows, and partnership operations at scale
  • Define, track, and report on performance metrics for creator partnerships and campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategy and execution
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and operational processes to support creator relationships, contracts, performance tracking, and compliance
  • Build trusted relationships with creators and their teams, fostering partnerships that are meaningful, collaborative, and mutually beneficial
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years of experience working in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, media, talent management, or a related space
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, including how creators, agents, and agencies operate
  • Experience building and managing relationships with creators or talent, ideally in a way that goes beyond transactional campaigns
  • Strong strategic instincts with the able to assess which creators are the right fit for a given campaign and why
  • Experience working across teams and partners to bring campaigns or content to life
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new approaches from the ground up
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both creators and internal stakeholders effectively
  • An interest in storytelling and how content can drive cultural relevance and impact

$165,000 - $195,000 a year

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $165,000-$195,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee's overall contribution to the organization. 

Our Principles-Based Management (PBM) compensation philosophy is grounded in an individualized approach that rewards the long-term value each person creates for the organization. Compensation decisions are informed by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, capabilities, demonstrated skills, role responsibilities, and expected contribution. Consistent with this approach, base salary may vary within or outside of the anticipated range based on these considerations.
