Winter 2027 Co-op - Affiliate & Creator Marketplace
As a Winter 2027 Affiliate & Creator Marketplace Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you'll join a dynamic team at the forefront of partner media commerce. Based in our Burlington, MA office, this six-month co-op offers a hands-on opportunity to support Keurig both on-site and in marketplace with digital affiliate and creator marketing efforts.
In this role, you'll work directly with the marketing team to help manage affiliate partnerships and creator collaborations. Unlike traditional content roles, this position focuses on the business and operational side of social commerce-learning how to drive performance through affiliate activations rather than content creation. It's an ideal fit for students interested in digital marketing strategy, eCommerce, and creator partnerships.
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th - May 21st, 2027
- Location: Burlington, MA
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid
As a Winter 2027 Affiliate & Creator Marketplace Co-op you will:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Keurig's affiliate marketing, focusing on publisher and creator performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and communication with creators and affiliate partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure channel profitability and identify growth opportunities.
- Help maintain internal databases and documentation related to affiliate campaigns and creator engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to align on campaign goals and performance strategies.
Elements of the KDP 2027 Co-op Program include:
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
- Receive mentor support for your professional development
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:
- $28/hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or another related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
- A proactive, detail-oriented student with a strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate strategy, or creator/influencer commerce.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in both team settings and independent work.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; analytical capabilities a plus.
