Sr. Manager, Creator & Content

JOB SUMMARY

As Sr. Manager, Creator & Content at 1Milk2Sugars, you will spearhead our creator and content strategies, leading the development and execution of high-impact creator marketing programs. You will integrate creator campaigns with digital and social strategies to deliver results-driven work for our clients. In this role, you will lead and mentor a talented team, serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, and ensure seamless collaboration across our influencer and social media initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Creator Strategy & Campaign Leadership

• Own end-to-end creator and UGC campaigns, from strategy and sourcing through contracts, briefing, approvals, execution, and reporting.
•  Lead and scale creator marketing programs across client accounts, building on and expanding the current creator portfolio.
•  Manage creator relationships and vet talent to ensure strong brand alignment and diverse representation.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and creator behaviours to inform strategy and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients on creator casting, campaign messaging, and deliverables.
• Track performance and deliver detailed wrap reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Social Media & Content Oversight

• Apply social media and content marketing knowledge to guide organic social strategy and content calendar wireframes, ensuring creator programs are integrated with broader digital campaigns.
• Support development of social media content calendars and content strategy in collaboration with creative and strategy teams.
• Partner with the creator and content team on paid media, analytics, and performance marketing to amplify high-performing creator content.
• Ensure brand consistency across creator, organic, and paid social channels.
• Analyze performance data across creator and content channels to optimize strategy and content mix.

Client & Account Leadership

• Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, overseeing creator strategy, execution, and client relations.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts to upsell creator and content services.
• Own delivery of exceptional client results, ensuring seamless execution and strategic oversight.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to new business pitches and strategy sessions.

Team & Leadership Responsibilities

• Support and mentor a small team of creator and content Coordinators and Executives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
• Guide team members through campaign execution, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to support junior team members' professional development.

Process & Performance Management

• Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve team output and client satisfaction.
• Ensure best practices are followed across creator sourcing, content creation, and analytics reporting.
• Oversee MSAs, SOWs, and client agreements related to influencer and digital campaigns.
• Track and report hours via T-Metric and ensure budgets align with account performance.
  

Education & Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 7+  years of experience years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, with additional exposure to content/social media strategy preferred.
• Proven experience managing creator campaigns from start to finish, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
• Strong network and knowledge of creators across relevant verticals (e.g., beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or CPG).
• Working knowledge of paid and organic social media strategy, content marketing, and digital performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and how to craft channel-specific content.
• Experience with tools such as Lefty, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, or strong readiness to step into a people-management role.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills; mastery of English (French an asset).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Mac systems, Google Suite, and Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
