We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager who can help bring the butter LONDON brand to life across every consumer touchpoint - from social and creators to campaigns, e-commerce, retail, and beyond.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Integrated Marketing Manager supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that grow the butter LONDON brand and drive sales. This role works across social, creator marketing, e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and digital marketing to bring campaigns and product launches to life.


Working closely with internal and external partners, this role manages day-to-day execution, timelines, content, and reporting to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and on brand.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns across social, digital, creator, email, retail, PR, and e-commerce.
  • Maintain the Omni Marketing calendar, campaign timelines, briefs, and launch plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, licensed collaborations, and retail moments.
  • Help ensure campaign messaging, creative, promotions, and assets are consistent across channels.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends for inspiration and relevant opportunities.

Social, Community & Creator Marketing

  • Manage butter LONDON's day-to-day social presence, including social intern management, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Help develop and maintain social content calendars and coordinate content approvals.
  • Manage paid creator partnerships from identification and briefing through content approvals, execution, and reporting.
  • Build creator relationships, manage UGC and PR seeding, and identify opportunities to amplify high-performing content.
  • Support paid creator partnerships, including creator research, outreach, briefing, content coordination, and reporting.
  • Coordinate UGC, product seeding, and PR shipments.
  • Monitor social and creator performance and share key insights with the team.

E-Commerce, Amazon & TikTok Shop

  • Support D2C, Tiktok Shop, Amazon, and other digital merchandising initiatives.
  • Coordinate updates to cross-channel PDPs including imagery, product storytelling, promotions, and launches, ensuring content is accurate, current and aligned with marketing calendar.
  • Support TikTok Shop growth through creators, affiliates, content, promotions, LIVE, and merchandising.
  • Monitor key e-commerce and TikTok Shop metrics including traffic, conversion, GMV, orders, AOV, and creator/affiliate performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discovery, customer experience, and online conversion.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, Digital, and Operations.
  • Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain organized marketing calendars, assets, and project documentation.
  • Support campaign and channel reporting and help translate results into actionable learnings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and execution.

Requirements

ย QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, social media, influencer/creator marketing, or a related consumer marketing role.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce; TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid creator/influencer programs.
  • A creative eye with a strong understanding of social and digital performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for beauty, nail, fashion, lifestyle, and/or social culture.
  • Comfort and desire for doing the work vs managing agencies or delegating execution.
