  • Lead the account planning process at TikTok Shop, converting growth strategies, product launches, promotional calendars, affiliate programs, and live shopping events into actionable forecasts and inventory plans
  • Develop financial plans alongside inventory strategies by rolling up bottom-up forecasts, validating against company targets, and identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to drive informed decision-making
  • Supervise business performance through analysis of sell-through, traffic, POS, inventory, promotional activity, and demand signals from marketing materials to identify opportunities for growth and forecast optimization
  • Evaluate forecast accuracy, customer metrics, and seasonal performance trends to continuously improve planning assumptions, demand forecasts, and inventory strategies
  • Develop a deep understanding of TikTok Shop demand drivers, including content performance, creator and affiliate activity, promotional mechanics, seasonality, consumer behavior, and replenishment patterns
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and generate actionable insights to optimize assortment, inventory investment, and responsiveness to rapid demand shifts within the social commerce environment
  • Partners with Supply Planning teams to ensure inventory constraints, receipts, lead times, and availability are accurately reflected in forecasts and business plans
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, business recaps, and recommendations that clearly communicate performance, challenges, potential benefits, and strategic actions to leadership teams
  • Lead seasonal hindsight analysis and account health assessments to advise future assortment strategies, replenishment plans, and long-term growth opportunities
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of planning, OTB, demand planning, marketplace, or digital commerce experience; apparel, footwear, ecommerce, or omnichannel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital customer experience and marketplace dynamics, with curiosity for emerging social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Zappos, eBay, and other digital partners
  • Understanding of demand, supply, service, and S&OP / IBP principles, with the ability to balance growth, profitability, inventory health, and service levels
  • Strong analytical capabilities using systemic planning tools, Excel, and data visualization tools; Power BI experience a plus
  • Proven track record to translate sophisticated analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional and leadership audiences
  • Highly collaborative communication style capable of influencing across Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Digital Marketplace partners
