Job description

Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Marketing Manager! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

One of Arizona's most talked-about modern golf and hospitality brands is looking for the person who tells its story.

Grass Clippings Rolling Hills and Glenrosa are not traditional brands — and we are not looking for a traditional marketer. We are an experience-driven concept built around community, nightlife, golf culture, live events, food and beverage, and modern Arizona energy. We have built something real. Now we need someone to amplify it.

We need a Marketing Manager who thinks like a brand builder, moves like a content creator, and leads like someone who genuinely loves what they are promoting.

What this Position Really Is

This role is responsible for growing awareness, driving traffic, and deepening the connection between both brands and its community.
This role owns how Grass Clippings and Glenrosa show up in the world—across social platforms, email, events, partnerships, and the
broader community. You will work directly alongside the General Manager and collaborate cross-departmentally with Golf, F&B, and Events to ensure marketing is integrated into every activation, program, and guest touchpoints.

Building a brand community people want to be part of. Growing social presence with content that actually reflects who we are. Driving awareness and foot traffic through creative, consistent campaigns. Making every event, tournament, and activation feel promoted and intentional. Developing partnerships that extend both brand's reach in the Valley. Telling the Grass Clippings story in a way that makes people want to show up.
Who You Are
Marketing leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, or a lifestyle brand is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, hands-on content creation skills, and the strategic ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution. This person is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, works well across departments, and genuinely loves building brands that feel alive.
