Do you love creating content, being on camera, traveling, hosting events, and building experiences people get excited about?
Get Air is looking for a high-energy, creative, and outgoing National Content Creator & Brand Ambassador to travel across the U.S. and Canada creating social media content, hosting events, and helping grow the Get Air brand online and in local communities.
This is not a typical marketing job.
We're looking for someone who can tell stories, capture energy, connect with people, and turn everyday moments inside our parks into engaging social content that drives excitement, community, and brand awareness.
You'll travel from park to park creating TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, event coverage, influencer collaborations, and community-driven content while helping us grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements
Content Creation
  • Create TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and other short-form content
  • Film and edit content both on-site and while traveling
  • Capture exciting park moments, customer reactions, events, and challenges
  • Develop recurring social media series and trend-based content
  • Serve as an on-camera personality and face of the brand
  • Create engaging behind-the-scenes and community-driven storytelling content
  • Build a large reusable content library for marketing campaigns
Travel & Event Activation
  • Travel regularly to Get Air locations across the U.S. and Canada
  • Host and support grand openings, relaunches, influencer nights, dodgeball tournaments, birthday events, and special activations
  • Create event coverage content in real time
  • Help parks generate local excitement and awareness
Community Outreach
  • Build relationships with local schools, PTAs, youth sports organizations, and businesses
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
  • Participate in local community events and sponsorship activations
  • Help strengthen Get Air's local presence in each market
Social Media Growth
  • Help grow engagement and audience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Stay current on trends, sounds, editing styles, and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team on campaign ideas
  • Identify viral content opportunities and execute quickly

What We're Looking For
  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
  • Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Basic to advanced video editing skills
  • Comfortable traveling frequently
