  • 8+ years leading brand, retail, advertising, experiential, or integrated design

  • Proven leadership experience managing creative teams and delivering multiple projects successfully

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and design systems

  • Ability to interpret and apply creative briefs aligned with marketing and customer experience goals

  • Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous improvement and learning

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
