Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Creative Video Producer to lead the development and production of multimedia content supporting an Equity Research / Financial Markets business. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on video production skills with creative storytelling, motion graphics, post-production, and emerging AI-powered multimedia technologies.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end video production from concept, scripting, storyboarding and creative development through post-production and final delivery.
- Create video and audio content including analyst videos, interviews, podcasts, conferences, marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Develop creative treatments, visual language and storytelling frameworks in partnership with Marketing and business stakeholders.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, animation, titles and visual effects.
- Manage video editing, color correction/grading, sound design, audio mixing and final delivery.
- Operate and understand broadcast camera and professional audio setups.
- Improve production workflows, tools and content methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-powered video production and multimedia technologies.
- Maintain high creative, technical and brand-quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, agencies and freelancers.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 10+ years of experience in video production, creative content, broadcast, multimedia or agency environments.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator

- Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
- Video editing and post-production expertise.
