Job Description Summary

The Senior Specialist, Multifamily Property Marketing, Regional Support develops and executes marketing strategies for an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities. Partnering with operations teams and stakeholders, this role drives property performance through digital marketing, brand management, lead generation, market insights, and data-driven optimization, while supporting acquisitions, transitions, and other strategic business initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing strategy and performance for an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities, serving as the primary marketing partner to operations teams and key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute portfolio and property-level marketing plans that drive traffic, occupancy, leasing velocity, revenue growth, and overall asset performance.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, messaging, advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization to strengthen property positioning andmaximize marketing ROI.

  • Analyze marketing, traffic, lead, and conversion data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance challenges, and recommend strategies that improve outcomes.

  • Manage the integrity and effectiveness of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, lead routing, conversion tracking, source attribution, and reporting tools.

  • Conduct regular audits of websites, advertising channels, listing services, and marketing systems to ensure data accuracy, proper lead flow, and operational efficiency.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operations teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders by translating complex performance data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Coordinate marketing vendor relationships, contracts, onboarding, and implementation activities, ensuring services are executed accurately, on schedule, and aligned with portfolio objectives.

  • Oversee third-party design agencies and creative vendors in the development of property branding, marketing collateral, creative assets, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with property objectives, target audiences, and brand standards.

  • Support business development, acquisitions, portfolio transitions, and onboarding initiatives through market analysis, competitive insights, and strategic marketing recommendations.

  • Provide marketing support for property acquisitions, rebranding initiatives, dispositions, and retained management transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and continuity of brand and marketing strategies.

  • Lead the development of property marketing budgets in collaboration with Operations andclients. Present budget recommendations, justify marketing investments, secure client approval, andmonitor spending to maximize ROI and support occupancy and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant multifamily marketing experience will be considered.
  • 4+yearsofmultifamily marketing experience.
  • Strategic marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive occupancy, revenue, and portfolio performance.
  • Digital marketing: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media advertising, website optimization, online reputation management, and lead generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Marketing analytics: Analyze performance data, market trends, and ROI to inform business decisions and marketing investments.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Vendor & agency management: Build and manage effective partnerships with vendors, agencies, and technology providers.
  • Stakeholder relationship management: Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, ownership groups, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Creative strategy and content development: Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, creative assets, and property positioning.
  • Multifamily industry expertise: Apply multifamily housing knowledge, market insights, and property marketing best practices to achieve business objectives.
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement: Identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement innovative solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Yardi, RealPage products is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing Asana or similar project management tools to coordinate workflows, manage deadlines, and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple properties.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
