THE JOB:
As a strategic partner to Creative Services leadership, the Traffic Analyst drives the optimization of all creative and content resources to maximize departmental efficiency and output. Collaborating closely with the Director of Operations and the Director of Project Management, this role owns complex capacity forecasting across near-and long-term goals. Going beyond standard reporting, this position synthesizes utilization data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, empowering leadership to make proactive, data-driven decisions regarding project prioritization, workflow enhancements, and long-term resource planning.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Strategically allocate and assign creative resources advising creative leads and project managers on optimal staffing solutions, by analyzing project scopes, business priorities, and individual team member skillsets.
  • Act as a consultative partner to creative leads and project managers, advising on optimal staffing models, negotiating resource trade-offs, and proactively recommending timeline or scope adjustments.
  • Own and evolve the capacity forecasting model, providing leadership with predictive insights into future resource needs and recommending strategies to address gaps or surpluses. Forecast team capacity and availability across near-term (weekly and monthly) and long-term (quarterly and annual) horizons, modeling incoming demand against current commitments to anticipate over- and under-utilization before it affects delivery.
  • Develop, utilizing AI tools a suite of advanced resourcing reports and dashboards, providing leadership with critical data and proactive insights to guide strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain resourcing reports, dashboards, and capacity views, and make this data readily available to Creative Services leadership, cross-functional partners, and peers to support prioritization, planning, and staffing decisions.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of resource management processes and tools, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and collaborating with operations leadership to implement new workflows.
  • Proactively analyze utilization data to identify trends, forecast potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to leadership before they impact delivery.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date resourcing data, traffic plans, and schedules within the department's project management and resource management systems, safeguarding data integrity and consistent process adoption.
  • Track project status, deadlines, and dependencies across the portfolio, enforcing process discipline and clear communication so creative teams stay focused on execution and project managers on stakeholder relationships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Have 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in resource management, creative operations.
  • Have technical aptitude to design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and custom reports.
  • Experience extracting data from enterprise solutions and resource management systems (e.g., Wrike, Workfront).
  • Advanced knowledge of creative and production lifecycles.
  • Demonstrates success in balancing complex workloads and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
