About the Role

Heaven or Las Vegas is looking for a talented and versatile Creative Fabrication Specialist to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on position focused on building, assembling, and finishing custom fabrication projects for experiential marketing, retail environments, trade shows, branded activations, events, and specialty installations.

The ideal candidate combines strong fabrication skills with creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work from designs and drawings. You should be comfortable working with a variety of materials and tools while also understanding how digital artwork and creative concepts translate into physical fabrication.

Professional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, is mandatory for this position.

What You'll Do
  • Build, assemble, and finish custom scenic elements, displays, fixtures, furniture, branded environments, and specialty fabrication projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, renderings, production specifications, and design concepts.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to review, prepare, modify, scale, and organize artwork and production files.
  • Work with designers and project managers to understand creative concepts and production requirements.
  • Translate digital designs and creative concepts into finished physical products.
  • Work with a variety of materials including wood, plastics, acrylics, laminates, composites, foam, and other specialty materials.
  • Perform layout, measuring, cutting, routing, drilling, fastening, gluing, assembly, and finishing.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with custom graphics, signage, digital production, and other creative fabrication elements.
  • Perform modifications, repairs, and finishing work to ensure projects meet quality standards.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Assist with preparing projects for delivery, shipping, and installation.
  • Support on-site installations and perform field modifications when needed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, installers, and other fabrication team members.
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions when projects require unique fabrication approaches.
  • Other duties as assigned.
