• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique history and needs, allowing for the formulation of personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Implement specialized therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in managing their emotions and behaviors.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws, safeguarding client confidentiality while upholding the highest ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care, effectively leveraging each other's expertise for optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care you provide, ensuring integration of industry best practices into your work.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, empowering them to take informed steps forward in their recovery.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in social work and mental health, applying this knowledge to deliver the most effective interventions to your clients.

In this role, you will predominantly work with clients facing challenges related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our diverse clientele ranges from individuals in acute distress to those at various stages of recovery, each requiring tailored approaches to support their unique paths to healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, underscoring your commitment to the field and theoretical knowledge.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee, confirming your professional qualifications and standards of practice.

• A deep understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that allow for personalized client interactions and case approaches.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish compassionate relationships with clients and effectively work within a collaborative team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical situations, devising creative solutions tailored to individual needs.

• Previous experience in a detox or rehabilitation environment is highly desirable, providing a deeper understanding of the unique challenges faced by this patient population.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain accurate client documentation seamlessly.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
