These therapies are often used alongside traditional talk therapy to provide a holistic approach to mental health care. Creative therapy can benefit people of all ages and is especially helpful for those who find it difficult to communicate their feelings verbally. The goal is to foster self-expression, healing, and personal growth through creative means.
