As a Commercial Banker on the Healthcare Services, Emerging Middle Market Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries specializing in Healthcare Services.

The Healthcare Services team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world’s most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue new client relationships with emerging middle market healthcare delivery platforms
  • Review and respond to inquiries from clients regarding treasury and credit
  • Acts as a conduit to the full capabilities and resources of J.P. Morgan Chase for clients and prospects
  • Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
  • Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

  • Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
