Creative Studio Remote information

What is a Creative Studio Remote?

A Creative Studio Remote refers to a team or individual who provides creative services such as graphic design, video production, branding, or digital content creation while working remotely. These professionals use collaboration tools and cloud-based platforms to deliver high-quality creative assets without being physically present in a traditional studio environment. This remote setup allows for flexibility, access to a broader talent pool, and cost savings for clients or agencies seeking creative work.

How does a remote creative studio team typically collaborate to deliver projects effectively?

Remote creative studio teams rely heavily on digital collaboration tools, such as project management platforms, shared design software, and regular video meetings to ensure smooth communication and project tracking. Team members often work across different time zones, so clear documentation and asynchronous feedback are crucial. Creative brainstorming, design reviews, and client presentations are usually conducted virtually, requiring strong self-motivation and proactive communication. Despite the distance, remote creative studios foster a collaborative environment with scheduled check-ins and virtual workshops to maintain team cohesion and project momentum.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Creative Studio Remote professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Creative Studio Remote professional, you need a strong background in graphic design, digital media production, and creative problem-solving, often supported by a relevant degree or portfolio of work. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), project management software, and collaboration platforms is typically required. Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation are essential soft skills for excelling in remote and collaborative environments. These abilities ensure high-quality creative output, efficient teamwork, and the capacity to meet client or project deadlines in a remote setting.

Job description

Who We Are

Hi! We're Thinkingbox, the brief to built agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. So while others pass the buck, we're already building. Because our thinkers are also the makers. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration. From hanging out with our office dogs to enjoying Thursday happy hours, we keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun. Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Producer to support and oversee complex, high-profile integrated productions across Thinkingbox, with deep expertise in experiential (XM) production. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and client collaboration, bringing together experiential, digital, content, and social to deliver impactful work. You will be a key production partner who brings structure, creativity, and problem-solving to projects, helping teams navigate complexity and deliver exceptional experiences from concept through execution.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage complex experiential (XM) and integrated productions from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across every stage of production.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary projects that bring together experiential, digital, and content elements into cohesive experiences.
  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to develop and deliver thoughtful solutions on time and on budget.
  • Own production planning, timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and execution details across multiple workstreams.
  • Mentor and support junior producers while contributing to the development of production processes and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a trusted production partner throughout engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional work across projects.
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience producing experiential (XM) and integrated projects within an agency, studio, or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of experiential, digital, and content production workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to guide productions and support the growth of others.
Additional Info
  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
  • Consistent culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
  • Office lunches
  • Branded company swag
  • Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks
  • Flex work and travel options
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
$85,000 - $95,000 a year
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, we still welcome your application.

Equal Opportunity

At Thinkingbox, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. We believe that diversity is our creative strength - it's the range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds that fuels our best ideas and most innovative solutions.
