Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic, creative solutions across digital, social, video, print, and integrated brand touchpoints that bring Outrigger's global marketing objectives to life. Independently create innovative, on-brand creative that aligns with business strategy while meeting project timelines and budgets. Design visual assets for advertising, brand identity, marketing campaigns, and guest experiences, while evolving brand standards, visual systems, and style guides across all channels. Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, and lead photo and video productions from concept through execution. Stay current on industry trends, emerging media, social platforms, and consumer behavior to drive creative excellence and brand relevance.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of art direction and design experience, preferably in a creative agency or design studio. Strong portfolio showcasing creative concept development, integrated campaigns, and visual design expertise. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and project management skills. Must understand motion design, and be strong in HTML5, Flash, Flex, and emerging platforms.

While base pay starts at $115,000- $120,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
