Job description

Searching for Marketing Intern with a strong interest in lifecycle marketing, campaign planning, and creative brief development. This role is ideal for someone who loves both the strategy and the execution side of marketing, someone who gets excited by seeing an idea grow into a fully executed plan with measurable results.
You'll work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to support lifecycle, paid media, and on-site marketing initiatives, helping turn big ideas into clear plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building and organizing marketing campaign calendars.
  • Support execution of campaigns across key moments (launches, promotions, brand announcements, holidays).
  • Help QA email and SMS campaigns for accuracy, brand voice, and timing.
  • Pull basic performance data and help summarize results (opens, clicks, conversions).
  • Help draft clear, concise creative briefs for lifecycle, paid media, and site assets to translate campaign goals into actionable briefs for designers.
  • Ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives, audience, and brand guidelines
  • Support cross-functional planning between Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams.
  • Drawing the through line on how creative strategy turns into revenue.

What We're Looking For:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in both acquisition and retention marketing
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail is a must
  • Clear written communicator (you can explain ideas simply and clearly)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Docs, Sheets (bonus for Asana, Klaviyo, or similar ESPs, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Exposure to CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing analytics
