DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, capture, and edit photo and video content across OWA's full resort portfolio, including rides and attractions, dining, retail, hotel, live entertainment, and special events
  • Produce short-form social video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories) optimized for platform-native performance, as well as longer-form video for resort marketing, advertising, and promotional use
  • Serve as the primary content capture resource for seasonal campaign shoots, new attraction launches, and high-priority promotional events

  • Edit and deliver final photo and video assets in a range of formats and specifications for digital, social, web, email, and paid advertising use
  • Build and maintain an organized, searchable content library of all photo and video assets, ensuring the team always has access to current, on-brand visual content
  • Collaborate daily with the Social Media Manager and Coordinators on content needs, trending formats, and platform-specific creative strategy
  • Work closely with the Creative Services Manager on visual storytelling, campaign creative direction, and maintaining brand consistency across all produced content
  • Support paid advertising creative needs in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, producing thumb-stopping ad content optimized for paid social and digital placements
  • Assist with production of internal videos, executive presentations, and partner-facing content as needed
  • Stay current on content production trends, camera and editing technology, and visual storytelling formats relevant to the theme park, tourism, and entertainment industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2–4 years of professional photo and video production experience, ideally in a lifestyle, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment context
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile visual storytelling across both short-form social content and longer-form marketing video
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom (or equivalent); After Effects a plus
  • Demonstrated experience producing short-form social video optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok — understanding of trending formats, pacing, and audio-driven content is essential
  • Comfortable operating both as a solo shooter/editor and as part of a coordinated production team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of content requests across multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor resort environments including high-energy, fast-paced, and occasionally extreme weather conditions
  • Experience producing content for paid advertising (social ads, digital display, OTT) a significant plus
  • Availability for select evenings and weekends to cover events, seasonal activations, and peak park days
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
